Configuration Management (CM)

A key component of Occam’s CMMI based Project Management Process (PMP) is our Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-aligned CM process. Occam CM services efficiently baseline and manage all in-scope customer configuration item (CI) data, codifying and disseminating the data to designated customer personnel and ensuring optimal system performance and service delivery levels. The extensive CM expertise possessed by our software engineering, design, and development professionals accounts for the high levels of customer satisfaction Occam has achieved in delivering full lifecycle CRM software implementation services to such government customers as HUD, GSA, DOJ, and DODIIS.
