Occam Wins Contract to Support DIA with Technical Support Services

Washington, DC (June 30, 2012) – Occam Solutions, Inc., was awarded a prime contract with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) to provide design, code and integrate software aimed to engineer new solutions to address collection management Information Requirements for the Collaborative Coalition Collection Environment (C3E) Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (JCTD).

Under the contract Occam will develop a language independent collection interface usable by US and Coalition forces with initial fielding supporting OPCON transformation on the Korean peninsula. C3E allows coalition members to describe intelligence requirements in their native language using common military terms, symbols and graphics. C3E’s capabilities are being engineered to be easily applicable to any coalition environment worldwide as well as all war fighters at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels. Since current collection requirements tools are not suited for “ease of use” by operators or other coalition partners, C3E will leverage its unique language interoperability capability to improve mission success for coalition forces.
