Job Summary:

Occam Solutions is currently seeking a Corporate Technical Recruiter to be part of our fast-growing Consulting, Systems Integration and Mission Support oriented company. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, possess the ability to recruit for government consulting companies in metro DC area, and be familiar with military, technology and business terminologies.

We are looking for top-notch implementers and effective problem solvers with excellent technical communication skills and high personal standards of quality. Candidates should be self-motivated creative thinkers capable of working collaboratively in a team environment to develop cutting-edge technology.

The qualified professional will perform full life cycle recruiting including:

• developing job descriptions
• sourcing resumes
• conducting phone screens and offer negotiations
• networking with potential passive candidates for pipeline recruiting
• coordinating interviews and employment application and background checks
• utilize Bullhorn applicant tracking system
• assist in proposal efforts by recruiting for proposals based on RFP SOW

Requirements :

• Must have a minimum 3-5 years working experience in the federal contractor environment as a corporate technical recruiter
• Track record with technical recruiting in federal IT environment
• Demonstrate ability to read and understand resumes and identify the right candidate with the right skills, attitude, work ethics and culture fit
• Proven success in screening candidates and understanding of how to assess soft skills
• Strong organization skills and ability to work with multiple hiring managers in a rapidly growing company environment
• Demonstrate understanding in government contracting, business acumen and business model and its requirements on recruiting
• Ability to interview, communicate and understand hiring managers requirements
