Position Title: Proposal Manager

Position Description:

We are currently seeking a talented Manager/Sr Manager level individual contributor (with growth potential into a leadership position) for a Proposal Manager/Proposal Writer position in McLean, VA. The qualified candidate will be required to take ownership of the entire proposal lifecycle including, but not limited to, writing and managing proposals, interfacing and collaborating with customers and Occam Executive level employees for on-time delivery of proposals. Government experience with proposals of $100 million or more is required; experience with large IDIQ vehicles and DoD experience is desired.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

The desired candidate will possess a 'can-do', self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach to his or her work with proven success within the Government Proposal industry.

• Must have current proposal writing experience
• Must be able to define proposal writing process from start to finish
• Gather data and information from SMEs, and turn data into a description suitable for proposal
• Communicate effectively with graphics, package and production personnel.
