OCCAM SOLUTIONS WINS CONTRACT TO SUPPORT RAYTHEON BBN TECHNOLOGIES WITH LANGUAGE TRANSLATION SERVICES (1/25/12)

Washington, DC (January 25, 2012) – Occam Solutions, Inc. was awarded a subcontract with Raytheon BBN Technologies to provide Machine Foreign Language Translation System (MFLTS) technical support services.

Working with BBN, Occam Solutions will provide support to BBN’s Media Exploitation Solutions Team in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in providing speech-to-speech and text-to-text software to existing global Programs-of-Record. BBN continuously develops strong alliances with small businesses that are committed to delivering quality services and unique capabilities to successfully meet customer needs.

Upon award of the contract Occam Solutions Managing Director, Dan Chun stated “We’re delighted to be supporting BBN in this important mission.  These types of technologies directly support the Warfighter and that is always a high priority for us.”
