OCCAM SOLUTIONS AWARDED CONTRACT TO SUPPORT AND UPGRADE THE DEFENSE INTELLIGENCE AGENCY’S SIEBEL CALL CENTER (6/1/07)
Washington, D.C. (June 1, 2007) – Occam Solutions was awarded a multi-year contract to upgrade and support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Siebel Call Center. The effort includes Call Center operations and maintenance, supporting applications, and infrastructure for the entire Department of Defense Intelligence Information System community.
The Call Center services over 3000 employees and 70,000 customers worldwide with full redundancy up to 99% of the time. Through close client partnering Occam staff will make seamless improvements and upgrades to validate all requirements and solutions. Upgrades will include development of employee and customer facing applications that are aligned with DIA’s business processes and range from standard configuration to DIA specific customizations. Services will also include process and/or application re-engineering.
In addition, Occam Solutions will help develop the DIA’s integration strategy for Customer Relations Management software. The strategy will enable DIA to more effectively collaborate, share data, improve system availability/redundancy, and focus on user friendliness.
