U.S. DEPARTMENT OF NAVY ANNOUNCES OCCAM SOLUTIONS AS PRIME CONTRACTOR FOR HUMAN RESOURCES BENEFITS CONTACT CENTER (10/01/06)

Annandale, VA  (October 1, 2006) – Occam Solutions, Inc. was awarded a five-year, $11 million contract by the U.S. Navy to provide a Human Resources Benefits Contact Center (HRBCC) that offers worldwide health benefits counseling support for all 186,000 Navy civilian employees. The HRBCC will be located in East Machias, Maine and will also provide support for outgoing communications between the Office of Civilian Human Resources and the Navy’s civilian workforce.

The Navy offers more than thirty health plans, a Thrift Savings Plan, 401(k) retirement plan, and many other benefits which result in a large volume of benefit inquiries. Occam Solutions will handle all inquiries in a timely and efficient manner and ensure high quality control for consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
