Mobile Software Engineer

Job Desc:

Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Systems programming, C, C++, ASM (MIPS, ARM, x86), Python
• Security research and exploitation techniques
• Wireless communication implementation and standards: 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth, LTE
• Embedded platform internals
• Linux internals, system administration, security, kernel/driver dev
• Security and trust systems, public-key and symmetric key cryptography and cryptographic implementations
• Software reverse engineering
• Embedded systems implementation and debugging
• Maintain SOPs
• Document mobile platforms
• Engage with mobile vendors
• Enhance software applications

Job Requirements:
• U.S. citizenship
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility AND the ability to successfully meet the requirements to obtain a CI Polygraph
• B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline and at least ten (10) years of related experience, or M.S. in Computer Science or related discipline and at least eight (8) years of related experience
• 4+ years of experience in ARM assembly, reverse engineering, userland/kernel debugging
• Deep technical understanding of mobile operating systems and acquisition (iOS, Android, Blackberry, Nokia)
• Strong communications skills, written and verbal
• Two (2) years of experience using IDA Pro, IDA Python PuDbg, or OllyDbg, EnCase, and FTK
• Must be detailed oriented with the ability to work in a team environment or alone with little day-to-day guidance
• Strong understanding of cryptography
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must present a polished and professional attitude and demeanor
• This position will require the ability to travel occasionally to OCONUS locations
• As part of the evaluation process, qualified candidates will required to successfully complete a proctored technical assessment

• M.S. in Computer Science or related discipline
• Demonstrated experience leading teams
