McLean, VA (April 18, 2011) – Occam Solutions, Inc was awarded a subcontract by CSC (NYSE: CSC) to provide mission support, transportation, and Protective Security Detail (PSD) for the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC), headquartered in Fort Monmouth, N.J. Working with subcontractor Kinetic International Consulting (KIC), Occam Solutions will provide dedicated PSD teams capable of transporting contract personnel safely within the various regions of Afghanistan. Through the combined efforts of Occam and KIC, the PSD teams will work to detect, identify, and report any threats, conduct surveillance/counter-surveillance of routes and venues to proactively prevent hazardous situations, and neutralize threats when required. CSC is the prime contractor on the Army Strategic Services Sourcing contract, under which this work will be performed.
