Occam Solutions Wins Contract to Support the Defense Intelligence Agency with Implementation of Siebel Customer Relations Management Software

Washington, DC (April 20, 2010)
– Occam Solutions, Inc. was awarded a prime contract with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) to provide Information Technology services for its Siebel Customer Relations Management (CRM) enterprise expansion. DIA’s mission is to “Provide timely, objective, and cogent military intelligence to warfighters, defense planners, and defense and national security policymakers”.

Working with DIA, Occam Solutions will perform Siebel 7.8 IT help desk support, configuration management, requirements management, and change management for the DoDIIS community. Specific Tier 3 Operations and Maintenance work will be performed on the Siebel SupportWeb, E-Services, and Analytics modules.

Upon award of the contract Occam Solutions president, Dan Chun stated “We are delighted to continue provide a valuable service to the DIA that touches the entire DODIIS community. We look forward to assisting DIA in its important mission”.
